Every state requires us to have a tax exempt form on file in order to not collect tax on an order shipped to that state. Each state has its own set of rules on what form is acceptable. Some states, for example, allow the seller to give us an out-of-state certificate. Some states require an exemption form filled out with an out-of-state exemption number on file. Other states require that sellers register for sales tax to use a resale certificate. We have included a link from Taxjar which may help you with what you need to know. Customers must submit a reclaim request on their Canada tax filing to receive the tax amount back directly from the government that Lulu collected.European VATAt this time Lulu treats all sales as B2C (Business-to-Consumer) and collects VAT on all applicable sales. All sales will include VAT where applicable and prices on the website are exclusive of (do not include) the VAT amount. Customers must submit a reclaim request on their European VAT filing to receive the tax amount back directly from the government that Lulu collected.
