Due to recent changes in postal regulations in Mexico, it is now required to include the recipient's Tax Identification Number, RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes), on shipments of goods and services entering the country. This information must be included on the shipping label to clear customs; failure to provide it can result in delays or a package hold at customs. To adhere to this requirement, it is important to input the RFC Tax ID Number in the "Company/Organization Field" on the shipping label. Packages that do not contain the proper identification of the RFC are subject to return to the country of origin.
